Special committee will advise the State Bar on the cost effective uses of technology

JESUP, GA - Mike Conner, City Attorney for Jesup and managing partner of the Conner Law Group, has been appointed to be a member of the Technology Advisory Group Committee for the State Bar of Georgia by State Bar of Georgia president-elect Kenneth Shigley.

The Technology Advisory Group Committee is a special committee formed to evaluate cost effective uses of technology and advise the State Bar of Georgia's Executive Committee. The group is comprised of distinguished attorneys from throughout the state, and Conner is the only member of the special committee from Savannah.

"I'm grateful for this appointment and excited to be able to support the efforts of the State Bar of Georgia in any way that I can," Conner said. "Technology is a critical component to the practice of law, and I believe a comprehensive understanding of the cost effective use of technology should be a focal point for the State Bar of Georgia."

During his 16-year legal career, Conner has earned a reputation for being one Georgia's most outstanding litigators and was selected as Jesup's City Attorney earlier this year.
