Savannah Attorney to Speak at the Council for Ethical Billing Annual Conference

SAVANNAH – David Michael Conner, a partner at the Savannah law firm of The Conner Law Group, is among an impressive list of guest speakers that includes former United States Attorney General Janet Reno scheduled to present at the Council on Ethical Billing’s annual conference this weekend in Orlando, Fla.
Conner, who was named a Georgia Rising Star in 2006 and 2007 by Super Lawyers, will present a paper on the effect of third-party audits of attorney bills on the attorney-client relationship. The conference will host more than 30 highly experienced insurance and litigation management professionals as speakers and panelists, and Reno will honored as the first recipient of the Council on Ethical Billing’s Canons of Ethics Award.
The Council on Ethical Billing (CEB) is a prestigious alliance of select attorneys, law firms, insurance companies and risk managers as well as general counsel for some of the nation’s largest corporations unified to promote high levels of performance ethics in defense litigation. Conner has been a Member Attorney of the CEB for a year and was inducted as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2007.
Conner, who also serves clients in southeast Georgia from the Jesup office of The Conner Law Group, is recognized as a formidable litigator with a diverse trial practice.
